Construction Helper (m/f), Bhagalpur in Bhagalpur, Bihar

Your tasks:
- Assist in moving furniture and equipment as necessary
- Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance
- Perform a wide variety of maintenance duties including preventive, corrective, emergency, cosmetic, and routine maintenance
- Handle day-to-day projects and emergencies
Your skills:
- Working knowledge of tools, materials, and methods of testing equipment used in the electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry trades, general repairs, and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with indoor and outdoor painting
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize, to schedule and keep appointments
- Combination of education and experience covering buildingmaintenance trades
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to read and comprehend English instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to follow instructions
